There can be multiple things causing this increase in spam such as your surfing behavior, what mails you open, where you have registrered, what your contacts do to protect your privacy, if there are any virusses spread by mail, if you are infected with spyware, etc.
We can assure you that the cause is not due to SPAMfighter, no matter if you use Pro or Standard. This program filters spam mails for you, and will never sell your e-mail address or provide it to anyone. You can report new spam by selecting and clicking on 'Block'.
