Please do the following:
Step 1 - Uninstall the previous version of SPYWAREfighter
* Run this program: http://download.spamfighter.com/SPYWAREfighter/Tools/SWFRemover.exe
* Wait until the program completes and asks if you want to sent the logs to the support team (choose "No").
* Restart your computer
Step 2 - Reinstall SPYWAREfighter
* Install SPYWAREfighter from here: https://www.spamfighter.com/SPYWAREfighter/
