To have a closer look at the problem you are experiencing, we need some log files from your SPAMfighter.
1) Go to Start -> All programs -> Fighters -> SPAMfighter -> Settings (Your SPAMfighter will now open)
2) Click on Settings in the SPAMfighter menu and put a checkmark in the "Extended Logging"
* Restart your computer
3) Open your email program again.
4) Go to Start -> All programs -> Fighters -> Fighter Tools -> Spamfighter -> Support tools -> Collect Log Files
This will generate a ZIP file on your Desktop named FightersLogs.
Please send this file to me, by attaching it to your reply email to me and we will have a look at your issue.
You can now go back to SPAMfighter and uncheck the extended logging.
