If SPYWAREfighter is not able to find or remove an infection, there can be a couple of reasons for this.
1) It is a virus and not spyware
SPYWAREfighter is designed to remove and avoid spyware. As such, it has a limited ability against viruses. If the infection is a virus, please use a regular antivirus program.

NOTE: It is not certain that VIRUSfighter it will be able to remove the infection even if it is a virus. The reason for this is that viruses alter the code of programs. It is therefore important to have an antivirus program before a virus attempts to infect the computer.
2) It is an infection which you have been tricked to install yourself
Some infections trick you into installing them yourself even if you do not wish to do so. Since you decide to install the infection yourself, antivirus and antispyware programs consider the infection a legitimate program.
