To reactivate the SPAMfighter toolbar in Thunderbird simply do this:
* Go to Tools -> Add-ons.
* Select Extensions and click Enable next to the "SPAMfighter Toolbar for Thunderbird".
* Click the Restart Thunderbird button.
When Thunderbird restarts the SPAMfighter toolbar will be back.
